Demotion of kopi-soh to Kiap-wa-soh

I am jaw-droppingly fucking amazed at the lack of customer service in Singapore!!! I'm not sure whether does the FTs have got something to do with customer service, but it seems like most homegrown kopitiam aunties and even do have terrible "periods" to cope with.

Location: mo mo kopitiam at amk...
Mama and I were at the kopitiam to have our breakfast. Knowing that our food got to be accompany with drinks, we decided to order drinks from Kopi-Soh (Kopitiam's "mobile" service personnel). Mama spotted that a Kopi-Soh was around us, and informed me to order drinks from her. And nice enough, the Kopi-Soh was walking towards our direction....

momo: Ah.... 咖啡一杯，还有 milo-beng 一杯
Kopi-Soh: Haiya! 我很忙 hor... 我在收盘！你问别人! (in a very rude tone)
momo: HUH? o.O
mama: -____-"'
momo: aiyo... 浆(这样)讲话的啊？*suddenly switched to auntie mode and grumble*
mama: 就是lor! 这个 auntie 每次好像吃炸弹浆(这样)~
momo: 收几个盘很忙meh? 也不用这样讲话吗！wah lao! 出来花钱还给人气！
mama: hanor! 讲话那么伤人的！
momo: 真是的! 收盘还穿 Kopi-soh 的uniform 做什么？
mama: 就是lor! 收盘还有 "costume" leh~ 弄人家乱!
momo: 那个auntie 上次被其他摊主 complain 他讲话的语气 lor! 现在还是一样!
mama: that why 他被demote lor... 变成 Kiap-wa (收碗)的~
momo: haha!
mama: haiyo! kopitiam 没有kopi-Soh huh? 作么没有人问我们要喝什么？
momo: 一定是偷懒！

* * * minutes later * * *

Kopi-Soh: ah~ Kopi 还有什么huh?
(Kopi-soh standing behind me, judging from the voice, she should be quite a distance away.)
momo: *听到也不要 "hue" 你leh~*
Kopi-Soh: Hello~ Kopi 还有什么huh?
momo: *act never heard her, continue eating my laksa*
mama: Kopi 还有milo-beng!*mama saw that I don't wanna "hue" her, so she decided to answer instead*

* * * minutes later * * *

Kopi-Soh: sorry hor~我是负责收碗的，下次你跟别人 order hor?
momo: *静静不讲话，用不耐烦地 korean-look 把钱放在 table 也不要亲手给他*

Not sure is it she heard our conversation, or the drink stall's boss saw the whole inccident. Anyway, don't anyhow place your orders with any Ah-Soh that are in kopitiam uniform. They maybe those "Kiap-wa-soh" and not "Kopi-Soh". They have got different ranks also.... I wonder how should we differentiate/determine their rank... By looking at the table cloth they are holding to? the most dirty one are "Kiap-Wa-Soh", and on ther other hand, clean cloth = "Kopi-Soh"?
