went to the Asian Civilization Museum to take a look at the "charcoals" - terra cotta. the tix are free by despicable means. there's actually noyhing much to see, just some antique weapons, jewelries, clay pieces and the 5 or 6 terra cotta. hmmmm.... i have seen it in xi'an before, and that is a very spectacular view, as compared to such a tiny mini exhibition. but, to ppl who are unable to travel all the wat to china, perhaps this help to open you up by a tiny little bit.
well, i find it rather absurb. a civilization with 5000over years of history and culture, which " give birth" to so much of classic poems, teachings on virtues, discipline, courtesy or whatever... in the end what happened to the ppl that is,leaving in the middle?! they are mostly considered as one of the most rude races. posters have to be stick ard the state to remind their citizens of gracious. pretty ridiculous right?
the woest is that, these ppl started to move out of the main land... all the disgusting behaviour starts to pollute other areas. what is this? noise, air, sound pollution. whatever u name it, they can do it.
in conclusion, i find it weird for them to be so proud of the 5000years civilization and all those history heritage. that is already seems yo be a history that was buried in the deep. they cant even "practice" what they are psssed down with.... haiz
