The P - Creative? Crazy? Weirdo?

I thought my previous "tons" of sunday serving P is already quite crazy. Hmmm.... In terms of the way they spend money for prepaid cards, and the way they queue for gifts blaa blaa. I've just come across some Videos. These videos are about prisoners in P dancing for some events/activities, with background music of various popular Korean band song. OMG! Never ever can I imagine that prisoners can/will/allow to do that! This is sort of wierd. Why don't they dance to the songs of their own native language? Creative? Crazy? or should I say that they are just Wierdos?
