好好的活着

I've just come across the below quotes while navigating through the hyperspace.

白色死神有句名言: 活着虽比死亡艰辛, 比死亡痛苦, 但还是要好好的活着.....

Well, this quote doesn't sound really nice isn't it? But it is kinda true. No matter how hard it is, life has to goes on. We don't live our life for anybody, but for ourselves. It is therefore essential to leave without regrets. But who can really achieve that? A life without regrets? Easy said than done.

We often regret about not putting enough effort.
Why don't we put in more effort in the first place? For fear of rejection - going the extra mile might increase the risk of failure?

We often regret about the things we said.
And why do we make that comments in the first place? - For self protection?

We often feels that it is best to live a life without regrets, but we must realise that our lives can never be without some regrets. Regret does serve an important "catalyst" for us to move on, it reminds us of what really matters. It keeps us away from the deeper pool of regrets and depressions that lies ahead.

So.... to live a life without regrets? Continue shopping when you still have the ability! LOL
(this is so 跳 tone)
