Playing with my life

My sore throat sort of recover, in a better condition as compare to yesterday. But the symptoms of the flu are rather severe, my nose keep on "running" non stop, forming the next "natural" water fall. Initially I have no intention to get out of house to attend my RT. But... Thinking that there might be rain, and all the exercise might not be that strenuous, i decided get myself ready to get out.

BUT!!! haiyo, heaven is not on my side today, the rain only lasted for about 20minutes. So.... RT is back to RUN RUN RUN! JUMP JUMP JUMP! Before going for my first run, i thought my body is not ready to handle the additional physical stress from a run. Therefore, i'm mentally prepared that i may just fall out any moment. Guess what? in my current situation, i'm still able to run a total of 4.6km plus those additional static activities. Wah! unbelievable!!! xiaoming must have transfer his energy to me! This is like testing my stamina... or should i say playing with my life?

HA! But..... think i really used up all my energy in today's RT session. I straight away head for my bed after I have reached home. den kun for about 2 hours to recharge my battery.

Anyway, there was a damn scary incident just now. I was at level one, waiting for the lift. But the lift somehow got stuck at level 7 and couldn't come down. I was like "Wah lau! newly renovated/developed lift so ko-yat one ah? so fast spoilt liao?" Fortunately, after minutes of waiting, the lift finally show signs of coming down. In the end, when the lift approaches level 1.... ... ... i saw a long haired lady standing very near to the door. She was wearing red, and she let her hair down. the ventilation in our new lift seems rather strong too. Why? her hair is dancing in the lift! wah lau! i thought i saw a female ghost! she was alone, long black hair, pale looking face, no emotion and her hair is even flying all the way. i was so scared that i took a step back. Auntie ah! u r trying to sia si ren meh?

My advice to everyone... please! please! please! don't let ur hair down if u r wearing red. and please don't be so fierce looking when u r wearing red. MACHIAM LIKE GHOST AH!
