For more than half a year, I have been trying hard to find his talent. Seriously, I dunno what has he contribute to the company at all this while, which land him in the quite high up position.
Strength in programming?

Strength in pre-sales?
---- > you must be kidding me
Strength in customer-relationship?
---- > I think even security guard can do better than him
Strength in project management?
----> HUH?! more like porject unmanagement
Strength in proposing ideas?
----> every single thing he need a meeting (spoon feed session from us)
Strength in presentation?
----> he sounds like song without rhythm or melody
Strength in verbal communication?
----> others just want him to shut up. ZIP!
Strength in listening?
----> most of the time he doesn't bring his brain or... ears?
Finally!!! today i found out what is his talen. He has got very good and superb talent that will result him to be a VERY GOOD and ULTIMATE Mamasan.
1) Every single working day, he is walking everywhere around the office. To and Fro upteem times a day. (mamasan need to walk around the lounge)
2) Talk to every single people that he knows, kpo about things that doesn't relate to him at all
(mamasan need to talk to all customers, kpo kpo kpo kpo and..... kpo)
3) Laugh loudly in the office as if there are loud musics covering his voice. And machiam like he need to make known to the whole world. HELLO WORLD! (Yes... Once again, mamasan is a very impt role, need to make known to everyone that she is the LEAD)
4) He is always calling people xiao jie and xian sheng. For example, If we cant complete those task, perhaps i will bring in my liang wei xiao jie (2 ladies) to help us. (alright, i dun even need to explain this.)
Perhaps he should really go, so that the rest of us dun suffer under this damn idot mamasan.
